UGHELLI—A Niger Delta-based advocacy group, Niger Delta Volunteers for Buhari, NDVB, has urged Nigerians, especially those in the Niger Delta region of the country, to vote for the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, whom it described as a symbol of positive change for the country.

The group, in a statement by its National Youth Leader, Onoriode Ojarikre, advanced 13 reasons why Gen. Buhari should be supported to become the next president of the country, noting that with his antecedents as former Head of State, Buhari has the ability to stamp out corruption from Nigeria and uphold the rule of law to ensure that democracy and its tenets were clearly observed in the country.

He said: “Buhari is a man who has the political clout to position the country ahead of the challenges. We can trust this man to pilot the affairs of this country in a way that would benefit all Nigerians irrespective of ethnicity or religion.”
