The reason why the card reader should not be use is because its well planes fraud. Now inec said we must use card reader and the voting stop at 1 pm and u know very well that pooling unit is enough at south east south south. He the inec chiaman went and created more 30,000 pooling unit at the north .without going through prosses, why not created more pooling unit at every state . watch out that day u will see peopl on the line by 3pm and they will be told that time is over . u see its clear case of fraud .
