At times, fresh milk is hard to keep especially for us with no fridges. So this is what to do with milk that just curdled on you.

Cool it to room temperature,
Add an egg or two depending on quantity, beat it in,(eggs help the pancake not to stick to the pan)
Sugar, to your taste,
And a pinch of salt.
Add general purpose wheat flour, just enough to make a paste with heavy consistency. You can add a bit of water if it gets too thick.
Heat your frying pan, add some bit of cooking oil,
Drop in the paste in small portions and spread it with the back of a spoon. Not too thin to avoid the pan cakes breaking.
