Lets Imagine Mr. A is an Rich Man and was murder, and before his death Mr. A has already written his Will legally, and the beneficiary Mr. B was later discovered to be the culprit behind his murder, lets say he was even arrested on the day the will was to be read, pls what will eventually happens to the Will, would he still be beneficiary or what will be done by the Law.... |
