Governor Akpabio Of PDP Collapses During Event In Akwa Ibom -NEWSWIRE by atakamus: 10:13pm On Mar 23, 2015
Governor Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom state on Sunday collapsed during an event in the state.

NEWSWIRE NG reports that the Governor who is also Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Governorship Forum was immediately transported to an undisclosed hospital in the United Kingdom after he collapsed.

The Akwa Ibom state government and the PDP are yet to issue a statement about this development. Governor Akpabio is one of President Goodluck Jonathan's loyalist, it is presently unclear how his health issue will affect Saturday's election.

First it was a commissioner that slummed and died , now it is Gov Akabio....I thought PDP said Buhari would soon die?
Who is having the last laugh? I hope Gov Akpabio remains alive to witness the election
