like serrious, I also glance at it (!addicted). from experience man, it is just like quiting heroin or other addictive substances. I don try tire till tried no more, now I just view it once in a blue moon especially when I am provoked (stress), it works for me like a sedative. but I wish I could stop it entirely.

I think you need to forgive yourself of the past as regards masturbation and pornography. free yourself from the guilt and believe that God has forgiven you and is willing to help you. you need to stop keeping records of when last you did it because by doing so you are still cautious of the act and your brain might follow the cause.
decide to live a happy life. if possible suspend the use of smart phone at the moment until you are off it

Since i gained admission into the university(2yrs ago) I've been a porn addict.

I have always tried to stop this but to no avail.

I need your help, because this problem has crept into my social life. I always try to avoid people, I stay isolated and also my academics, ever since I started watching porn my academics has since taken a downward turn.

In my fellowship at school, they said if I receive the holy ghost it will stop but I still engage in this act secretly.

I've tried so many times to stop this evil way It keeps raising its ugly head.
