What if the change we seek is not the change we need? There is often a thin line between good and evil. Many a time we cross the line unknowingly and yet claim we are without guile! Considering the efforts that have been made to press home propaganda we must begin to ask ourselves what is truly at stake, since when have people been so eager to help others? Since when did we stop being blinded by our religious differences? We now believe in a system we have previously condemned?

What if we are just tools needed to set the ball rolling? Rolling to a greater plan which we are too scared to even think about, a plan which may further widen the gap between the elite and have-nots. We want the old man because we believe he can change things, but we don't like his methods.. How then do you expect him to work ? If things must change, he must flog us for throwing waste our of car windows, force us into queues, flog those who beat traffic lights, jail many of us and our friends including his political allies. If he is too weak to do all these, or delegates duty to others then there is no point.

The change we seek cannot be brought by a man, the world is now too advanced for that, we are just being misled by the puppet masters who lie beyond the light!

The present dispensation is no better, it is in fact worse, its ineptitude has been the major talking point of the old man's people. It has condoned and promoted sharp practices that may jeopardize the future of generations to come. It has virtually given our our economy to select individuals, instead of the country seeing real growth, these individuals see real growth on the Forbes rich list, is that good enough? However, the administration has plans, intelligent plans though majority are not actualized but the Old man's people have not shown us any plan instead they talk about equating our currency with others, curbing corruption, providing power but how exactly do they want to do this? Can they really achieve these with the calibre of people around them? One easy way to determine unknown amino acids is to compare the distance traveled in a chromatogram with the distance traveled by known amino acids with the same solvent front, with this we can almost accurately identify amino acids. Conversely, the ranks of the Old man's team are made up of defectors from the current rulers. Since they mix well, they must be very similar or are not different at all. Considering the funds spent by both sects, that should tell us that there is more to it than meets the eyes, this is beyond helping the society, beyond change and development. An ambulance driver would not kill a bystander blocking his way when he is rushing an injured man to the hospital. If there had been no failing incumbent, what would have been the campaign tune?

Instead of these, we must change our mentality, views concerning ourselves and others. Also reconsider our views towards the environment. The largest contributor to development is the common folk, they choose who they want, even without adverts and propaganda and jingles. Even without being pointed towards religious and ethnic lines. We should not allow ourselves to be used as weapons or vocal swords for stupid wars. Before we carry our this great ceremony, let us consider our reasons for choices we will make, and the effects they will have in 50 years, the chances of redemption if any and the cost of failure. The stakes are too high for trial and error, we have reached the cross roads. Do not deliver your street, let every man deliver himself.

Hate to say you told us so...but u told us so, you actually saw the flaws of this administration beforehand.
Though, I can't blame anyone for kicking out the previous administration.
The choice before us was simply between "the devil and the deep blue sea".
