Aint nothing wrong with you seeking your kind, but the shitty Nigeria music remark wasn't called for don't you think? each man to his own, furthermore, for non rock disciples, there are different genre of rock, soft rock which is real mellow and soothing with one of the best romantic lyrics is worth experiencing, but the songs of Black Metal Bands and certain Heavy Metal and Satan Rock groups (not my invention the name I mean,,,it is a recent genre in rock,,,check it out!) is quite something else entirely, I kind of find it hard to see any good coming out of songs that glorify vampirism, nihilism, and extreme gnosticism cum hedonism, but the like I said earlier each man to his own eh? |

@topic True true, lovely music rock, Nickleback is a tight group (Chad Kroeger is an exceptional vocalist),but you'd be doing well to check out these songs: Africa, performed by Toto,Room In Your Heart by Living In A Box,I've Been In Love Before by Cutting Crew,The Last Unicorn By America,Don't You Love Me Anymore? by Joe Cocker, lemme stop here, but I guarantee you this, the above songs can't go wrong, happy listening. |

you guys go check out an ethereal and less noisy band like; A PERFECT CIRCLE. there are no bands like them. sharply unique. especially quiet tracks like; the noose, blue, Gravity, magdalena, brena, Imagine. it makes you feel out of this world. Another band of my taste is 10 YEARS. i love the band so much, composing a powerfull track like; the Autum. Among the list of my favorites are; TAPROOT, AUDIOVENT, INCUBUS, LINKIN PARK, ANATHEMA, THE BUTTERFLLY EFFECT. these are all modern bands of today. at least these bands can easily be embraced by non hard rock fans because of the lesser noise and powerfull melody together with the absence of what the critics call demonism.

The heavy metals rock band is a popular american music group with a whole lot of classic tunes, peherps they go there name from the snail tissue. The snails which resides in freshwater to reproduce. These Heavy metals are strong snail tissues as seen in these articles http://www.prestarticles.com/heavy-metals-organisms-river-guadalquivir-estuary/ http://www.prestarticles.com/properties-required-indicator-organism-heavy-metals-2/ http://www.prestarticles.com/relation-metal-concentration-water-metal-content-marine-mussels-mytilus-galloprovincialis/ http://www.prestarticles.com/properties-required-indicator-organism-heavy-metals/ http://www.prestarticles.com/freshwater-snails-bioindicator-heavy-metals-abakaliki-metropolis/ http://www.prestarticles.com/snail-tissue-content-preparation-analysis/ http://www.prestarticles.com/methods-snail-identificationclassification-snail-stomach-analysis/ By going through these you'll get to understand the through meaning of this heavy metal as used by this american rock band. We all know that rock music is devilish just like the movie titled 'The Devils pick' which centers more on rock music and how devilish the act is, the actors insisted that the music be heavy metals style............. Phew!!! |

Too bad I'm late on this thread, I am a die hard metal fan and I love bands such as 1. SOAD (system of a down) Serj Tankian is a sick activist and vocalist, who puts down his political views in rock music. 2. Pearl Jam. one of my all time favorites, Eddie Vedder seems to do the trick as the frontman vocalist for this band and I also give credit to their lead guitarist Mike McCready for his cutting edge guitar playing. 3.Smashing Pumpkins. gives me an old time nolstagia by listening to songs like cherub rock and Rocket, frontman Billy Corgan has set a vocal standard that no other rock artist has been able to emulate ever, although his whining vocal style seem not to appeal to some. 4. Foo Fighters. the only band I know that gets Grammy's even when they're asleep. Dave Grohl In my opinion is a down to earth personality. 5.Lynyrd Skynyrd. listen to Sweet Home Alabama and thank me later.. 6.Bruce Sprinsteen and the E street band. 7. 30 seconds to Mars. although one of the most hated and controversial band there is. 8.Linkin Park. How can I forget good ol Linkin Park. 9. Korn 10.Metallica. 12.Panthera. 13.Avenged Sevenfold 14.QOTSA. queens of the stone age. 15. NIN. nine inch nails |
