I bought this refrigerator from Konga along side another machine which works well. However, this refrigerator generates very hot heat on the body of the fridge section while the freezer section does not. Also, the fridge section does not chill very well even at the highest chilling point. Have tried contacting Konga and LG Africa, but they are not replying. Can someone help me please. See image of the product attached.
