TILAPIA WITH AVOCADO—Tilapia with Avocado is a super simple recipe that highlights the flavors of the fish and avocado. It only takes about 25 minutes in preparation:

1. Use a small bowl,Slice some avocado,combine oil, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika and mix,and heat it a little(6-8minutes)with a fry-pan or microwave.

2. Brush the fish with pepper and other ingredients of your chioce,Bake the fish for 20-25 minutes(microwave).

3.Combine already prepared avocado, cherry tomatoes, and lemon juice in small bowl(MIX). Spoon avocado mixture over fish and serve immediately.

Research shows eating almonds regularly(Before breakfast and after dinner)helps reduce elevated cholesterol by nearly 20 percent. Almonds make a great snack or healthy topping for a salad or side dish.

ALMOND WITH CHICKEN:If you’re looking for a simple yet special recipe for chicken, this recipe might fit your appetite. The chicken breasts or laps are cooked with seasonings and served with sauteed almonds. Serve this chicken with hot cooked rice for a delicious family meal.

ALMOND WITH GREEN BEANS:This toasted almond green bean recipe is a holiday classic. It’s also very simple to prepare and can be made ahead and reheated later.

1.Bring a pot of salted water for boiling. Add beans and boil until crisp-tender. Remove beans with a strainer/filter,place into a bowl of ice water. Once completely chilled, drain, and reserve.In a pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the cooked green beans and toss occasionally, until they are heated through, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and fresh grounded pepper to taste.Transfer to a serving dish....
