It is now clear that most of the polling officers fails to attend training. The card readers fails mostly due to the fact that some inec officials don't remove the films on the surface of the card reader.

Hence, if you are having difficulty in accrediting yourself in your PU, ask the inec officials to remove the film covering the surface of the card readers.
