Im currently watching CHANNELS and AIT online live streaming coverage of today's elections and both stations have been reporting so many cases of INEC card reader malfunctioning and under age voting. Some card readers are even displaying the names of a voter but with a different picture while in some cases, the card reader will show a voters picture but with a different name once the PVC is inserted inside the card reader. some places had no INEC officials at the polling unit.
