The election has been from one thing to the other. its either card reader not working or people constituting nuisance. This shouldn't be happening in this election. considering the fact that this particular election have been too awaited for. My own candid advise to the INEC is to make the election go on till tomorrow and they should address all the hitches encountered today. this one cannot be regarded as a free and fair election
