By Levinus Nwabughiogu and Isiaku Oyibo Daura: Presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, General Mohammadu Buhari on Saturday said it would be unfair for anyone to contemplate the cancellation of the presidential polls following a few recorded hiccups. Voting began in Nigeria’s general election but delays were reported countrywide because of technical problems in accrediting electors.
