We are currently seeking the services of experienced, self managed and result oriented professionals for the following positions to optimize current operations.

HEAD OF TECHNICAL
Job Summary
This role has responsibilities for leading and overseeing the Project and Engineering team and overseeing professional programs, certifications and projects. The incumbent will report to the General Manger and be responsible for the Technical team.
Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit making results.
• Ensuring smooth operation of Project and Engineering units.
• Provide guidance, technical support and training to all team mates.
• Ensuring operation in most cost effective manner.
• Analyzing cost of operation and exploring and implementing the ways of cost reduction.
• Capable of building competent and dedicated Team.
• Train and mentor other engineers and supporting staff.
• Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
• Assist the Business Development to prepare budgets, bids, technical proposals and contracts.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Write performance reviews and solve internal issues.
• Establish administrative policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Any other duty as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
• M.Sc/M Eng/HND (Electrical /Electronics/ Mechanical or other related discipline)
• 10 years’ experience in a related environment
• Sound technical knowledge of project consulting
• Good knowledge of market terrain – Manufacturing, oil and gas,
• Good knowledge of market penetration strategies
• Ability to facilitate and train the trainer
• Sound coordination skill
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals within set timeframes and within budget
• Advanced written and oral communication skills including attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and to be innovative
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with modern e-marketing strategies.

HEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Job Summary
This role has responsibilities for leading business development and market channel initiatives as well as managing and retaining existing clients. The incumbent will report to the General Manger and be responsible for the business development team.



Primary Responsibilities
• Marketing of the core and additional services of the company (Training, Recruitment, Outsourcing and Engineering Projects Consulting)
• Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
• Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
• Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
• Manage and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
• Liaise with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff on developing business for the company.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Strategic planning, this requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Job Requirements
• First degree in Engineering or Sciences.
• At least 7 years marketing experience in a technical environment
• Good knowledge of Lagos/Port Harcourt Business Environment.
• Good knowledge of the Manufacturing, Oil and Gas industries.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight reporting schedule.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team.
• Integrity and transparent honesty.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target oriented.
