Normally in this part of the world, Nigeria experience hot weather conditions say, February through April - perhaps 1 or 2 rainfalls and follow by hot weather conditions. However, it is observed that there was rainfall during this period of election, either just before it or after it in some regions of the country (Nigeria). For the past 3 days, its been cool here in the FCT and some other areas, which is a bit strange considering the fact that opposite is usually the case year-in-year-out.....
