Rivers state returning officer,a Professor,Vice Chancellor University of Petroleum,Effuru performed poorly in the discharging of his duty to the amazement of viewers all over the world. It was so difficult for the Prof.to read Rivers state presidential election result which he claimed to have writing with his on handwriting . The INEC chairman, Prof. Jega had to asked him if he was actually the person that wrote the result, which he answered affirmatively that he did but under special condition. Though, the opposition party APC had petition INEC about Rivers state election which they said that election did not take place in Rivers state. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKf6IfIXTbk
