If u did very well in ur ND with an upper credit and u have means of sponsoring ur education, go for DE. But if u are struggling wt finances, go for HND or part time to afford u the time to work while studying. This will help in boosting ur cv and give u an edge by the time u ready to work as a graduate

If you ask me, I'd say get a job with your ND certificate, then apply for HND part-time.

Reason is that your chances of gaining admission through direct entry is very slim cos the institution would first consider its diploma students before paying attention to you guys who are coming through DE.
But if you decide to run a part-time HND program, you would have enough time to use your ND certificate to look for a job to support yourself.

I wish you the best.
