Its a known international number using north africa's country code (+212-692) followed by any five digits. They use it to flash, send please call me messages to unsuspecting victims who have family members or friends living in the diaspora. Once the victims call back the number ...... Weird things have been reported, ranging from hearing a strange foreign male/female voice trying to hypnotise the victim, to a friendly voice claiming to be a stranded family member.
