I am sure that governor is a PDP governor lipsrsealed

Even though not to the fullest but to a large extent, we all must agree that the card reader and PVC clipped their rigging wings during the presidential election..

UP JEGA
UP C/READERS
UP PVC

A particular state governor in the North Central geo-political zone is reported to have assured voters in the state that they could come out to vote on that Election day with Temporary Voters Cards (TVCs) if they do not have the PVC,and that INEC will not be allowed to insist on the use of SCRs for voters accreditations.

In politics(especially in Nigeria),there's always been a willingness to cheat and cause trouble if it looks like you are not cheating.I think that's just a quirk of their nature.
