And how INEC official was covertly recorded through mobile phone.
Is this not part of our CIVIC responsibity of protecting the citizen from the crude and uncivilized behaviour of our security agents ?
Is it wrong to record public officers at public functions ?
Are there any legal implication ?
Are these not a way of measuring or checking the execcesses of our security officers ?
