INEC Has Cancelled Election In 3 LGA In Abia State by Mbkite(m): 2:31pm On Apr 12, 2015
INEC has just cancelled election in three LGA in Abia state due to some election malpractices.
The LGA are: ISIALA NGWA, OSISIOMA NGWA and OBINGWA.
A lot of tension down here in Umuahia.

Meaning the election would be declared inconclusive.

Except the difference between the leading candidates is more than the total No of registered voters in those 3 LGAs
