Fans, dream no more because what u've been clamouring for is finally here as the two leading stars in world football, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi,
are set to star on the same side in a forthcoming ‘North vs South’ All-Star fixture.


The two superstars who have shared the last seven FIFA World Player of the Year/Ballon d’Or awards between them, will file out in a UEFA All-Star match as they will join other football stars around the globe in a showcase of the best of European-based talents.

According to Spanish newspaper, Mundo Deportivo, the pair will play for Team South which includes stars from La Liga, Serie A and Ligue 1 against Team North which will incorporate players from the Premier League, Bundesliga and Russian Premier League.

Reports say a marketing company has approached UEFA with the proposed fixture but other details like date and venue are yet to be confirmed.
