Individual cannot register, you must have a registered company before you can obtain export license.

so how can I register my as a beginner

You need to get your company register under Corporate Affair Commission. It has to be Limited not business name. The documents there such as Certificate of incorporation, Form C07 and Memorandum of article and association will be used for export licence registration.

For those calling me for process of export licence, please note the followings:-

1. Only Limited Company is eligible to obtain the certificate, Enterprise (Business name) not eligible.
2. If your company is registered more than FOUR (4) years back, there is need to revalidate your form C07...call me for details
3. The Director of the company must have valid ID card (Driver licence or Voters card or Int'l passport or National ID card)
