The major duties and responsibilities of our Correspondence clerk are that she will:
Transcribe formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies and transmit correspondence,documents, data and graphics
Word processes all manuscripts, letters, documents and proposals
Record date stamps and distributes all incoming mail
Process outgoing mail
Compile and maintain an up to date telephone directory of numbers and addresses
File all correspondence
Update the bulletin board by posting and removal of outdated materials
Answer phones in a courteous manners
Record messages accurately
Direct calls and respond to inquiries
Organize and maintain Office operations
Types agendas for meetings
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
National Diploma (OND) or its equivalent in Management or Secretarial Studies
