President Buhari Mustn't Let Criminal Negligence Go Unpunished

Dear "President" Muhammadu Buhari (Aso Villa; A.M. of), May 30, 2015.

Sir, I trust that like every patriotic Nigerian, you have had nearly 2 months to observe the vicious ingratitude of South Africans directed mostly at Nigerians. I trust also that your close aides must have informed you of the criminally complicit silence of Nigeria's High Commissioner in South Africa while Nigerians were being butchered by Jacob Zuma's tribesmen, Zulu youths, instigated by the mischievous Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu in his bid to divert attention from 21 years of African National Congress, ANC, misrule.

I must also inform you Mr. President that next to the needless slaughter of Nigerians and moral 'abdication' of Jacob Zuma, what Nigerians found the greatest betrayal was THAT criminally complicit silence of our Ambassador to South Africa and his leadership team. Yes, Sir, our top four primitive diplomats. Of course, Mr. President, we have heard of the dozens of texts and phone calls their godfathers have been making to your aides pleading for you to retain them in their positions. NIGERIANS ARE WATCHING TO SEE IF YOU WILL START BY REWARDING CRIMINAL INCOMPETENTS.

For the sake of Nigeria and your young presidency I sincerely plead with you to dismiss the Nigerian ambassador (High Commissioner) to South Africa, the Head of Mission (Head of Chancery), the Chief Protocol officer (Protocol & Administrative Attaché) and Military Attaché (Defense Adviser) with immediate effect. Please DON'T forget to give each exactly one week to vacate their "offices" at the embassy and two weeks to vacate the Nigeria-owned residential buildings they occupy. For starters, instruct our embassy Chief Security officer to revoke their computer access, limit their access to the embassy building, take physical possession of every piece of paper in their offices, and release only what is essential for them to do begin the skeletal work of "handing over" their job responsibilities.

One more thing, Mr. President, regardless of how your expected nominee for AG of the Federation equivocates on this issue I am telling you now that under municipal and international law you have the legal authority to request of the Government of South Africa to temporarily freeze the bank accounts and assets of the four officials (releasing funds for food, housing and medical care, of course) until the speedy completion of Nigeria's immediate investigation into their non-official business dealings, especially real estate transactions and purchases since their arrival for duty in South Africa.

Yes, yes, I understand that agents of Julius Berger, mass unemployment, job creation proposals and nervous ministerial job seekers are waiting at Aso Presidential Villa gates but I assure you that if you deal decisively with the insensitivity and criminal negligence of our primitive diplomats in South Africa, Nigerians won't forget. Hurry now, Nigerians are watchfully waiting.

No, course not Mr. President, I did not forget: Congratulations on your inauguration yesterday.
