The Eko Atlantic City presently bubbles with activities other than bricks, mortar and brawling of heavy machine. This month, the budding city bubbled with men, women and several horses neighing. Yes you read it right! Horse neighing! Eko Atlantic came alive with the Maiden Beach Polo Tournament which held from March 19th through to March 22nd ,2015.

According recent history, Beach polo was created and first played in 2004 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The following year the game took to the beaches of South Beach Miami and has continued to grow in popularity ever since.

The Eko Atlantic Polo Tournament was strictly by invitation and it was coupled with an exotic car exhibition; which were priced as high as a hundred million naira.
