In 2015 election card readers where introduced to authenticate the election but after the PVC verification the reader became useless as it is not used during any of the qualations either at polling unit, ward, LGA, state or at national level. it is clearly stated that the readers have general server but the statictis of the election process is not out, let us know how many people peoples PVCs where screened compared to the total votes cast, so as to clear doubt that the turnout of people during Governorship Election in states like Kano and Jigawa is Higher than that of Presidential election, that Media and Observers show is the election with high turnout in the History of Nigerian Election.

OP, the point is that the card readers were not fully utilised because it was not 100% effective in the sense that when it failed to authenticate some registered voters, they resorted to manual verification.

Going by this knowledge, using the card readers to collate results thereby matching them with the accredited voters that the card readers registered will be a total failure because some people were accredited manually which were not captured by the card readers

even if manual method is used but can be included as long as due process was followed

you see, that will also be a problem because the same way it was rigged would have still been the same way it would have been rigged.

Let's stop brooding over this issue, the elections have come and gone but I just hope INEC gets it better next time they try.
