It saps energy, hope, and drive. Often times some of the causes of depression like loss of job or a death a loved one are things we may have no much control over but we can stop them from getting us depressed. In many cases of depression medical attention is required but there are some natural means you can use to overcome depression and keep this ailment far from you.

Cultivate and Maintain Healthy Relationships:
It has been noted that majority of depression cases are linked to relationship issues; often as a result of lack of a healthy and cordial relationships or separation from loved ones.
