On the current strata the nation finds itself, it could be adjudged fairly democratic. Reasons being that for the first time in the history books of our dear nation, those who contested elections both at the federal and state level, who lost could heartedly concede to defeats even when they being in power have the will power nit authority to taut the result of the polls In their favour. This signifies that Nigeria as it where have fully embrace the democratic process.

We saw winners congratulating losers and calling them gallant losers. Some even extended their hands of fellowship to losers. As far as I am concerned, I do not see them as losers but co winners. The Media And The Democratic Process in Nigeria

With this, we can boldly admit and say that, democracy is finally having a say in our country. In consolidating democracy in our nation, i feel that they are many factors or institutions that will play their roles effectively to attain that standard.
