Okezie Ikpeazu of PDP Abia State officially declared Governor Elect of Abia State. Before the rerun, knowing that he is leading with good margin, he resoughted to intimidation via his thugs to the extent that they brought out coffins to the street. They threatened their tribemen with death if they dont vote for PDP. So many Voters became scared and refused to come out to vote. He won with his already devious margin.
