The hatred that Igbos have for Yoruba people. Not a day goes by on Nairaland that Igobs don't show the
hatred they have for yorubas. Recently when some yoruba university graduates were killed in the Jos crisis, an
igbo put up a thread asking what is the big deal about it ?

I learnt from Nairaland that any igbo man that smiles to a yoruba is just playing eye service.

@ Topic: A lot of Nairalanders can't make up their mind on issues, they're contented wth simply running along wth the crowd!

PS: Moderator, does this qualify as a game? Perhaps it shld be shifted 2 general discussion or something, if my guess is right, we about 2 start reading some serious ish on this thread.

Nairaland has taught me to be myself. I have stop leaving my life to impress. NL has taught me to do my best and if someone gets impress fine. One is not expected to be sentimental in Nl because no one out there really gets about how you feel. People that cant talk to you one and one have the chance to,

Re: What Has Nairaland Taught You? by eldee(m): 9:27am On Mar 01, 2009
Before I joined NL, I used to think only uneducated, backward pple could take minor religious and ethnic differences so important.
I joined NL, and voila, I saw doctors and PHD holders that could just switch when you tell them what tribe you come from and pple that would ignore a valid argument just because their religion is against it.

And by God, on NL, 'In my own opinion' is the new 'daft'.

My 1st post so please bear with me:

Nairaland has taught me the following

1) Nairaland has taught me from many of the posts, that we have an abundance of brilliant, funny, enlightened and amazing individuals. There is no human reason why Nigeria should still be in this mess.
@Jamace
You are so right: Nairaland is another Nigeria

2) As an aspiring comedian, Nairaland has taught me to always come here first when looking for material. Some of these posts are HILARIOUS!
