The comment form has been working ever since, just discovered its no longer showing this morning, i've checked the discussions settings and the comment option is ON.

Any help on this?

Follow these steps,

Check if the comments.php file still exist, if it does,

Open your post page php file, usually "post-page.php or page.php".

Then check if you see this line of code " get_template_part("comments, post";

On the ending of the post-page.php file.

If the comments file does not exist, simply upload one.

If you don't understand php and wordpress thems functions tags,

Simply install "facebook comments plugin by Alex Moses".

That should fix a facebook comments form which is more interactive, social and a way of stopping spam comments.
