Oga Spyder does the N2m price include labour cost? I mean cost of supervision, iron bender , carpenter etc?

Everything. I can build this house again with roofing sheets , materials, labour, supervision for N19m.

No need for parapet fascia on this one, this is just a rental property and a fascia will only add to the production cost.

Yes, they are the normal First aluminium long span sheets.
