We have got the mandate of another nairalander to build an 8 flats of 3 bedrooms in a developing part of Enugu town. The details of the project are;

Project: Construction of a block of 8 flats of 3 bedrooms
Location: Awkunanaw, Enugu state
Client: A Nairalander
Contractor: Tigerkenn Homes Ltd
Duration: 180 days

We entered this site yesterday and already started working on the site to prepare the grounds. My men stationed in Enugu are already working here.

This is the street, and the location of the project.

Inside the site, there is an existing poultry farm house, of which we plan to dismantle immediately.

But first we need to break down a section of the fence to gain motor able access into the site.

Let's dismantle the whole poultry house. .....

There are so many of them in Enugu, people still use them for commercial purposes.

The parts are available everywhere, I know about three men who sells only old Peugeot parts in Coal Camp Enugu.
