But I have another question sir because I am getting confused here but the Quran also called him "word" of God (Quran 3:45,Quran 4:171 and Quran 3:39)

And also called him "Spirit" from God (Quran 21:91, Quran 4:171)

None of these things were said about prophet Mohammed (PBUH)... why?
