The All Progressives Congress, APC governors, have accused President Jonathan of milking the economy dry and leaving them with empty treasury. Chairman of the Forum and Imo State Governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha stated this when he paid a congratulatory visit to Buhari on his electoral victory in Abuja.

They further stated that the president-elect, General Mohammadu would be faced with a lot of financial challenges as he takes the mantle of leadership from Jonathan on May 29. Okorocha said that the non payment of April salaries by the federal governments was an indication that the economy has been ruined.
