onoikenna: It is not funny. Churches regularly look for staff via interviews.(eg...America. Read Frank Perretti's ''The Visitation'' for an example of a pastor(the main character of the novel) seeking employment...and he was a Pentecostal). If the church is part of a denomination.....then the denomination would post someone to the church.(And even then.....some churches within a denomination prefer to interview the potential candidate...and others too). 1 Like |

Is it only me that thinks there is nothing wrong with this advert? A lot of pastors that went to bible school are also unemployed and also those ones that studied theology. Being a pastor doesn't mean you have to perform miracles rather teach the word to go in consonance with our daily live and how to live a worthy and happy life 3 Likes 1 Share |

No No No. You guys are looking at this from a wrong perspective. Take this as a way for the church to give back to society. Due to the high level of unployment in the society, the church has brought a means of employment. I am an ogbojugbele worshiper but I think I will apply for one of those positions. I dey hungry. 2 Likes 1 Share |
