How do I revert to welcome back? Also that *200# keeps saying subscription failed and where it doesn't, it says your account has been credited whereas nothing is done. Whis the solution? |

Pls I've been having problem with the new offer that took the place of glo overload as overload has already been discontinued so I called d glo customer care and was told to dial *201# to opt out of overload and then dial *200# to subscribe but both keep saying subscription removal has failed and subscription has failed respectively please what do I do |

leksgcfr: Welcome Back is an auto package, there is no code to the plan, it is for Newly retrieved sims, previously dormant lines, or system automated lines, it is usually valid for a few weeks to months before return to previous package. *200# will not work for Bounce or Bumpa, so confirm your package by dialing #100# first. |
