Siena 1999 fuel tank capacity is 21 gallons i.e 79 liters .MPG is 19 regular ie 7.9 km/l ,therefore 10 liters will cover approximately 79 km if the car is still at factory performance ,and combine city and highway driving (not lock down Lagos traffic jam condition )

(10 liters will cover approximately 79 km) thats a half baked statement because it depends with speed you are travelling at eg 10 litres wont cover 79km when am doing 60kph

Note this is a thoretical estimation , the analysis is based on the car urban and highway mpg combined together which mean the driver is driving at both go slow speed and highway speed.
