You are in effect saying the SE is a dead zone in terms of projects.

Seriously, you are not saying anything new since we all know this is one region where collectively and combined they are in zero position to do anything.

Their problem has little or nothing to do with lack of funds especially since the SE folks on NL claims and beat their chest all the time that they have a lotk of money and they are the richest in Nigeria, the problem is largely about poor and visionless leaders with zero sense of creativity.

16 years of lack of development and many more years of nothing to come since their predicament remains the same means what exactly?

They do collect taxes and allocations too..
