It beats my imagination that a President elect will deliberately shun a programme made to usher him into a 4 year tenure in office without any explanation. This the highest form of impunity known with Buhari. Buhari failed to present certificate, nothing happened,Buhari failed to appear in a reconciliation committee nothing happened. He is impunity personified and needs to attend National Democratic Institute first. Or maybe because he is a primary school leaving certificate holder hence his timid behaviour. If it is proving unproductive and the present government ministeries are not co-operating then what is he doing there? I actually agree with his approach - bring handover notes then we can discuss, if not what are discussing about?

If you are a sensible and patriotic citizen you will never attend such program
people would have impeached or asked for GEJ resignation if this happens in developed world

All these wasteful handover pogrammes in a time when the economy is bad is tasteless and I agree with Buhari for skipping them. Instead for FG to be addressing our present situation where Nigerians are suffering they are more concerning about unnecessary handover ceremonies. All they need to do is that one day of May 29th celebration
