A Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the more than 50 operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency to immediately vacate the Lagos residence of the senator-elect for Ogun East Senatorial District, Mr. Buruji Kashamu.

The NDLEA, whose operatives had laid siege on Kashamu’s residence in Lagos since Saturday, said it had received a formal extradition request on Kashamu from the government of the United States of America and was coming to court to secure an extradition order.

But Justice Ibrahim Buba, in a bench ruling on Tuesday afternoon, pronounced the action of the NDLEA as sub judice and ordered the men of the Nigerian police to ensure that NDLEA operatives vacate Kashamu’s premises “without a free for all.”

Details later. . .

I don't like Buruji but what is worst here? Our NDLEA being ordered about by another country or Buruji doing drugs abroad? To get Buruji, they were supposed to pass thru the government and not belittle them while our NDLEA loose sight of who has authority over them.

This country is just disgusting!

Really, some bodies need restructuring and serious monitoring. There are so many intelligent and unemployed graduates out there that can perform better than these fools handling the affairs of our government bodies.

Ibrahim Buba make sure you do not, have not, did not or you relation/shares does not receive any pin, biscuits, harlottt, money, hajj, suit or rice from Kashamu or his lawyers or associates.
If you do and this your ruling is erroneous in law, it will not be an error anymore but the end of your law carrier.
