Didnt know Ghanaians eat cassava leaves, okay maybe with the influence of Liberians in Ghana, it has now become a local food in Ghana.

Am from Edo and my mum sometimes use cassava leaf as a substitute when she cannot lay her hands on scent leaves, bitter leaf etc.

This is not a Ghanaian dish. We don't typically eat this and it's actually my first time hearing of such too.
