He wasn't too good; wasn't too bad either as he is been publicised to be.


An average leadership he gave, to the best of his abilities. He meant well for the nation but just couldn't garner enough balance to execute his plans.

I'd give him 8/10, without boko haram distraction it would have ended being the administration to beat.
