As was bodly scribed today in vanguard, pages 30 to 33, Sir. Kenny Okolugbo, DESOPADEC commissioner representing Ndokwa nation of delta state have written his name in gold as result of the good works he has done in Ndokwa nation by his God given opportunity to serve his people as DESOPADEC commissioner. Without missing words, Okolugbo remains the best, till date that Ndokwa people have ever presented as DESOPADEC commissioner. Kudos !
