New OTA update not installing on my new tecno 8H, it brings out error while installing. anybody with idea on how to install it manually, I got d installation package(.zip) on my SD card. thank u all

imagine i bought diz pad on 3rd of september by 3pm. Tested it wel at tecno shop, took d pad home nd plug for it 2 charge. Afta 30mins i came boot d pad nd it cdn't boot. It kipz vibratin. Tuk d pad bak 2d Tecno shop nd dey said d screen is burnt, nd dat i've 2 wait 4 3wks 4d 2get 2 lagos so i cn get anoda 1. Wich kinda screen burn jst cuz itz charged!! Am very sad as am typin cuz i knw wat sacrisfy i made 2 buy diz pad. I bought it 29k, i may end up spendin mor dan 35k. Am so so sad

av been using mine for d past 2weeks,no complain ..av installed so many HD games like mortal kombat x and it play with without lagging ..I av no problem with d phone

Pls is there any different btw 8Hnd H8...it's somehow confusing seeing both.

I love the battery. Mine has been on 74% since yesterday,and i've been watching movies. It's quite okay.
