This has further exposed the maltreatment melted to the Delta Ibos in their own state. Imagine rapid development of the central and southern senatorial districts when the state capital is left to waste because it is not considered a core delta area. Haba is it not too early to start suspecting okowa? To me I think okowa even intends prospering the urhobos so that they won't fight him viciously like they did to uduaghan and to secure victory if there is a re-run election.

Are their no Itsekiri and urhobo house members? Did the governor draft the bill and pass it himself? why must everything in Nigeria seen as a vendetta? Developing the state capital is seen as a plot against other developed part of the state.

I wonder the kind of development you are talking about that you will find in Delta south and central? If Okowa has deem it necessary to develop the state capital that is a welcome development, but the development you find in delta south and central are as a result of the economic activities taking place there, the previous government have not done anything that is of world class standard.

Op I don't understand your point. Asaba the capital city needs more roads, drainage system and other infastructures. Uduaghan didn't really provide infastructural development during his 8years tenure. Asaba needs full upgrade.
