1) God did not create Adam and Eve. God made Adam and Eve in God's(Man) image. It is called Mankind.
2) Yes, God made evil, not created it. Evil can also mean forgetfulness. Adam and Eve were the evil made.
3) Yes, there was some incest amongst mankind and later amongst Men. However, Abraham did not commit incest, We only need better understanding of what it meant. If Abraham committed the act, God won't have called Him His friend. God is the creator of language from which many were made from.
4) Yes, God was surprised maybe, In the making of Adam and Eve, You would read "Let Us make man in OUR image". GOD IS ALSO MAN. There are many Men who were surprised at evil, for they have never experienced it before.
5) He wasn't clueless, He gave them time to rule, He have them dominion over all things including Men(God) for a short period of time. For that the evil(devil who is mankind) got so mad.
