I have had ulcer for a long time now, but it became quite serious and I had to run a series of tests, thereafter the doctor placed me on a two weeks dose of ulsakit, this is the first time I am using any major medicine for ulcer, it was always gelucine or mistmag before. The first day I took the medicine, I almost passed out, I was not myself and could not do anything. My Stomach was aching, my mouth was bitter and I felt like vomiting, I kept going to the toilet, the doctor said it was as a result of the medicine, the next days weren't so bad because I was able to go out but still felt weak. I stopped the ulsakit a week back, and started it again today. With the same feelings reoccurring, so I want to know if there is anyone with similar experiences. SHALOM.

Well it could be that your body reacts so badly to these drugs.
Most importantly, why did the doctor prescribe and ulsa kit?
Was your ulcer caused by H.pylori? Was there any test to that effect?

I ran a series of tests and yes it was caused by H.pylori, I used to have severe pains from my chest bone downwards my stomach and when it starts I feel very weak and faint, a times when I eat late, there are sounds from tummy and aches. Feels like my tummy is turning. Is there an alternative ulcer medicine?

Don't mean to cast aspersions on the tests run, but you need to trust the people that did it cos its not that easy to detect h.pylori as cause cos h.pylori is a natural bacterial in the stomach, it becomes bad when it's too much.

It has been shown that triple therapy like its obtainable in ulcer kits can heal ulcers depending on severity.
Equally you have to determine if what you have is
A gastric or duodenual ulcer to know if you should abstain from irritants.
Just use google dear to look up stuffs.

I used my office hospital. Maybe I ld run another test in a general Hospital.

I am taking ulsakit and I have the same symptoms . Mine started on the 7th day. Sour taste in my mouth . Weakness and restlessness

I did a text at general hospital and it was gatric ulcer,I av in on ulsakit for the past 1month and av consumed 3 to 4 packs of ulcer kit. At a time I felt OK but if I stop taking it,the pains comes back.I am tired.

Try PREVPAC its very effective, if indeed your Ulcer is caused by H pylori.

Had the same problem bro, was reacting to the trinidazole in the Ulsakit. I was given omeprazole 40mg i.v injection at the hospital for the pain n all felt instant relief , the following day I bought ELICORID it contains (clarithromycin,Rabeprazole, and Amoxicillin) you have to take it for 2/3 weeks. Problem solved. Don't 4get to take Relcer gel 20ml two after you take you medication and 30 minutes after each meal.
